I want to express my sincere appreciation for your excellent customer service in response to my dismay when the original shipment ended up in UPS limbo. I was impressed by the fact that I received a phone call within 2 hours of sending an email about my concern, and your empathy with my disappointment about about his birthday present having been delayed. UPS did deliver the original shipment later that afternoon, in spite of the tracking info which stated Monday delivery, but left it on the porch as no one was home. I had already called my dad and explained what had happened, and advised him that he should refuse the package when it was delivered.

Initially had a delivery problem from UPS, Company promptly handled the mixup and shipped another product, Excellent Service.
